How do I submit a service request?

We send out service reminders biannually when the instrument is due. We schedule it to be picked up, provide all the shipping materials, and drop off. Servicing is 7-10 days with shipping.

How often does the instrument need servicing?

The InstaScope requires monthly calibration by the user, as well as a servicing every 6 months at the factory.

Is there a monthly service for the InstaScope?

Calibration Kits are sent out monthly to make sure your InstaScope is properly calibrated. Biannual servicing is available for other needs and repairs that don’t interrupt servicing.
